Celebrating One Year of Muckers Worldwide

A Journey of Passion, Pedals, and Persistence

It’s hard to believe that a whole year has passed since we embarked on this incredible journey with Muckers Worldwide. As we reflect on the milestones, challenges, and triumphs, it’s clear that our cycling community has become a tight-knit family, fueled by shared passion and determination.

From the exhilarating races on Rouvy to the camaraderie forged during our weekly rides, every pedal stroke has been a testament to the spirit of Muckers Worldwide. We started this journey with a vision, and today, we stand together, celebrating the remarkable achievements and growth we’ve experienced over the past year.

At Christmas, we expressed our gratitude for the amazing ride it’s been, and as we mark this significant anniversary, those sentiments ring truer than ever. The support, dedication, and enthusiasm of each member have been the driving force behind our success.

As we raise our glasses to toast to this momentous occasion, let’s not just look back at what we’ve accomplished but also look forward to the exciting road that lies ahead. The journey of Muckers Worldwide is far from over, and we invite every cyclist to continue pedaling alongside us for many more years of shared triumphs, challenges, and the pure joy of the ride.

Here’s to the past, present, and future of Muckers Worldwide – may the wheels keep turning, and the bonds of our cycling community grow even stronger with each passing year. Cheers to the passion that unites us and the countless adventures still waiting to be discovered on the open road!

Kyle is a digital writer for MuckersWorldwide.com I've been out riding all over Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire for the last 12 years. It is mainly to keep fit as I love food and would be 16st if I didn't ride my bike at least 3 times a week. This leads me to Muckers Worldwide, as when the weather is un-rideable (fair weather cyclist) I move indoors to cycle on Rouvy. We have a large group of races that we race throughout winter in the UK. Hope you come and join us on a Tuesday & Thursday title of the races are "Muckers". Thanks, Kyle

its been a great year! its gone so fast and i think we’ve packed in a great deal considering this is just a spare time passion of ours! I really want to thank you Kyle for keeping the website going as all this wouldn’t be happening without your skills in that area. Your help with guiding me on what to use on the race blogs and the way you just create images I need is just amazing. Cheers Mucker

Really looking forward to the 2 trips we are doing this year, continuing to grow the race/ride/events we do and this years new world championship that has some great prizes that ROUVY have supplied to us to be able to offer to riders in December.

Still amazing that although we’ve only been going a year, that we have built up this amazing relationship with our favorite on line training and racing app and it can only get better. Just think Kyle, about 16 months ago this wasn’t even an idea and we were just plodding along with outdoor riding only!

We aren’t a fully fledged all out racing group and i love that about us. Many would like us to go that way, but we are Muckers! Mates who just want to see the rest of us doing well, getting fitter and having a few laughs along the way. Yes We do championships but its more to keep you all engages in your training and fitness, not the be all and end all of our reason to be here.

Very excited to see what the next 12 months brings. cheers.

Thanks Neil, It’s been a whirlwind of a year for us. We’ve had so many new experiences with so many new friends. I have 2 main stand out moments of the last year.

First was turning up at Andy’s house in Belgium and meeting, Andy and his amazing family, Ste & Debs, Art, Daniel. It was like eating and drinking with old friends. It was one of the best weekends I’ve ever had.

Secondly, The Hawaii Challenge, 111 miles. Before that the most I’ve ever done inside or out on a bike was 103 miles. It was the Muckers family that kept me going.

All this wouldn’t have been possible without the Muckers.

I solute and congrats you two for your enthusiastic commitment and always good tone👏
Question: is there a race for every month in 2024?

    • Neil Rushby says:

we will be trying our best to at least keep the Thursday championships going all year. That’s the plan as we need it to keep going so we can add that months top 50 riders to the world championship league table every month so at the end of December we have our ultimate riders from 2024.

Congratulations Kyle & Neil, you have created something really special, what looks like a ‘Race’ series from the outside has become a community of like-minded riders where respect, advice, encouragement and a healthy competitive rivalry is very strong. The Muckers Worldwide tag line ‘Banter & Encouragement’ captures it perfectly. Long may it continue.

Best wishes to all of us, thank you Neil and Kyle for all the hard work you give us. Thanks also to the whole Mucker family, I don’t remember my first race, but I immediately got along very well, now it seems like we are a great team with advice and suggestions like you do with lifelong friends. The level has risen a lot as has the team spirit. Now for me it will be a joint training session on Tuesday and a challenging race on Thursday to see the results. Thanks guys, greetings to everyone.
