MUCKERS 2026 MAY CHAMPIONSHIP RACE 2.

ROUTE AND RACE DETAILS:

Tour of the Alps 2026 | Stage 1 – Innsbruck | 21.75 miles | 1,568 ft. elevation

ROUVY SAY: Ride through Innsbruck and into the Inn valley, following fast valley roads before climbing into the quiet villages above Axams. Rolling terrain and alpine views shape the return, with a mix of steady efforts and flowing descents back to the city.

WE SAY: Why do i do the tough routes on a Thursday and the “fun” routes on a Tuesday 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️💪. Weeks ago when i schedule these, if i have a choice of 2 routes, i will always put the “harder” looking one into the world championship as my thoughts are it’s the best way to get through the more harder/boring looking routes and sometimes, you end up having an epic race on what would have been a pain to do as a solo ride. That’s the theory anyway….. But when I’m on that start line and looking at the profile, i do question my theories……lol

We’ve also had a great turn out for the whole event. As the races finish (starting with last nights “Recon”) I’m on the end leaderboards checking for heart rate data of all the finishers. It’s no deep dive, but if you have nothing registered, you get added to the list of non-verified riders. So as we go through the year if you’ve been verified in the past, and have a heart rate sensor issue, don’t panic, its fine if you are already on the verified list. But if you end up with a long spell of no HR, you will eventually be moved to non-verified and its up to you to let us know you are back up and running with hr data.

Remember we only ask for this data to be monitored as a rule to just keep everything working on as level a playing field as possible. So if anyone decides to complain or question someone’s behavior, we can go back into the history and make a better judgment into that rider. Power graphs without a hr graph besides it means absolutely no way to say if a rider is legit, but a hr graph next to it, that shows an increase in heart rate when power goes up, shows somethings right. Power going up and hear rate staying to same or going down….. system failure or E-Bike. Do you want to know how many riders have been bought up this year? Zero. Which kinda shows it works as a deterrent.

I’m only going over the above tonight because even though we had a great turn out over this weeks 7 races, we have also put over 30 riders into the non-verified camp due to no HR data which we really don’t like to do, especially those riders further down the field who are possibly new to the Muckers races and don’t realize why they aren’t on our leaderboard.

And lastly remember, this requirement is just for the Muckers World Championship, here, on this blog. We can’t disqualify you from the official ROUVY standings or take your time away from the leaderboard or challenge credit, just here.

WHATS NEXT TO COME:

Remember you are more than welcome to come and race with us on any of our races even if the championships are of no interest to you. The more the merrier!! These championships are just here as extra motivation and fun ways to train.

Sunday Hill Climb (aka the Sunday hill climb championship)

Flamengos | Azores | 21.94 miles | 3,031 ft. elevation.

Just the one climb this weekend so maybe add on one of the Italian challenge routes we haven’t scheduled as your own personal add-on? Maybe also Set all 10 pace partners up at a w/kg you’d like and chill in their draft? But officially, just the one climb on Sunday.

Search “Muckers Sunday” in the event search function on ROUVY to find all the scheduled climbs we have created so far. All start times included in the championship.

Tuesday Race Night (aka the w/kg training championship)

Tour of the Alps 2026 |Stage 4 – Trento | 19.45 miles | 1,434 ft. elevation.

Target of 2.5 this Tuesday coming on another fun looking route. Should be quite hard to hit the finish line with a 2.5w/kg average with all that green profile so remember to get some in the bag on the climbs!

Search “Muckers Tuesday” in the event search function on ROUVY to find all the scheduled races we have created so far at the 6 different start times. All start times included in the championship

Thursday Race Night (aka the world championship)

Cheddar Gorge | Babble Ride Across Britain | 20.29 miles | 1,385 ft. elevation

Another Thursday killer route! What was i thinking??? Tuesdays looks so much more fun lol. But its a current challenge route and we get to ride on the correct side of the road for once so there’s always a silver lining if you look really really hard…..

Search “Muckers championship” in the event search function on ROUVY to find all the scheduled races we have created so far at the 7 different start times. All start times included in the championship

TO FINISH OFF:

Race 2 done and already the categories look more “normal”. Its really pointless trying to judge after the very first race, especially when you think on they were formed after the last race of the previous month, not this exact race. But also remember that we kinda want you moving around the categories to the point where you are in 1 of 3: your main one being the middle one, but if you have a cracking or lucky month, you move up 1, or if you have a stinker, you move down 1. Just to keep if interesting and give more people chance at the category bonus points. That’s what we are using it for and not to try and get everyone in the exact category they should be in for the whole year…. where’s the fun in that? 😉. We totally get that some riders get very analytical and work out for themselves they should be in this or that category, but if you look at it in the way we described above, hopefully you see why we do it this way.

Here’s something we’d like some feedback on. Been trying to come up with a way to not disqualify as many riders as we do, especially those at the bottom of the leaderboard, who might just be trying a bit of racing with us for the first time, to see if its there thing? Seems a massive shame to then disqualify these riders who have just spent a long time riding the same route as all of us. So as well as what I’ve wrote at the top of the blog, does anyone have any objections to us not applying the HR data rule to the A9 category, but at the end of the month we only promote the highest placed verified rider to A8? So from A8 upwards, its business as usual. It won’t affect 90% of you who read this, but your views would be great. It’s just in the idea phase at the moment so it’s not been decided either way.

Last thing, If you have any weird disqualifications by ROUVY from any races, please let us know asap via discord, facebook messenger or email and as long as you send a screen shot over, we will try our best to add you. But it’s up to you to get in touch with us asap and before we get all the results together. It’s a massive hassle to redo it all once the spreadsheet is all done and then transferred to the blog. Tonight, UncleE64 had an issue, let us know very quickly and sent his ROUVY screen shot. Even if we can’t 100% put you where you finished, at least getting 80/90 points in “last” place is better than 0. but we have to know within a few hours of the last race as we are on with it pretty much as soon as we have finished the race, showered and sat down at the PC.

I think that’s everything…. Thanks’ everyone for the support, thanks for reading the blog and a special thank you to all those that read my ramblings all the way to the end. I’m sure i could get A.I to summarize this whole thing quicker and more clearly, but i enjoy writing this blog too much to do that… for now…. 😏

Set off like a madman just to see if i could clear the first little climb and be with the big boys! Hey, I’m A5 now and gotta’ represent! lol. Anyway, somehow did this and managed to be in the top group of 17, rolled into 1st place a few times (and i even pulled for a little bit at the very front just to show i can ride at 3.8 if i have to 🥵🥵🥵.

Then it was time to say goodbye as the climb came, i was spent but had just had a lot of fun… so settled down, and started to wind myself up to climb at around 2.8ish as this part now looked too long for me! Also now wanted to see if my tactics of getting out fast with the leading pack were ok and I’d be able to jump on my with my usual crowed once they caught me up. They got me just past half way, i was at 2.7/2.8 and they came past at 2.9/3.0 so at first i thought I’d not be able to do it but lets try. Somehow i stayed with them!! Its was a horrendous mental battle though, one side of my brain telling me to back off and ride with the pack behind, the other side of my brain saying “yeah you could do that, but then 4worldpeace will laugh at my stupid start!!!”

So we got to the top and the climb stats flashed up, average of 2.9. that’s bloody good for me for that length of climb! We rode along the little flat green bit together and hit that next small climb and if any of them had gone for a 3.5 up it, I’d have been toast, but they didn’t. was i doing well??, or where they all thinking the same that we should stick together as a large pack down the other side is much faster than 3 or 4 duos??? which ever it was, we all went down the other side together and the slingshots were working a treat. It’s quite hard to judge exactly where you are when using a mobile phone as your screen and only having 4 other riders on the nearby list, but luckily i didn’t get dropped, although i was close once or twice.

now its getting a bit cagy towards the end, a few yellow sections see most of us trying to get draft up them rather than pull, but luckily momentum is still strong so we aren’t getting caught from behind. I think everyone’s waiting for that last orange kicker, but I’m waiting for the last little yellow section nearer the finish…. we all get over the orange one together then on the yellow one, I’m placed nicely and when i feel i can kick all the way over to the green, i go! I feel I’ve done great and feel quite strong but then i just get caught and passed by one other, but I’ve gapped everyone else! Result! just watch that gap to the finish line and my place is safe…. and it was.

OMG what a physically and mentally exhausting ride that was! loved it!

No laughing here! I wasn’t sure where you were until I saw you pop up on the screen on that hill. Jeez, you were way ahead. Great ride and read Neil,

      • Neil Rushby says:

Mucker, i was in 1st place once or twice before the bog climb. lol. It can be done if you can get over that first part and get into the hitters draft on the downhill. But knew you guys would eventually catch me…..

        • Brian Westfall (4WorldPeace) says:

Great finish though. My plan was to stay with the front riders in our group but I lost my focus for a second I missed the timing and you two blew by us. 💨

    • Klinthomie says:

You did great. Well done pulling through!

    • Sunniva says:

Yes, it was a good idea to ride with you at a good pace uphill, so as not to tire you out too much and to take advantage of your energy during the long descent 🙂 the group we rode with held on and worked well, and the finish wasn’t a surprise to me 🙂
Fortunately, each of my companions is in a higher category than me this month, so I didn’t have to empty my tank. But I still struggled a lot, and I thought it would be easier on the A7 🤣
      Nice ride, thank you.

      • Neil Rushby says:

You’ve been hill training on Wednesdays and that will play its part in your Thursday performances. I stop doing my Jogging on Wednesdays as i was always feeling tired on the championship race night the next day. So i force a rest day, or at least do a very low effort on the bike on Wednesdays so i am not fatigued for this race

        • Brian Westfall (4WorldPeace) says:

I always have a rest day on Wednesdays. Can’t co into a championship race with tired legs at my age.😜

      • Brian Westfall (4WorldPeace) says:

You’re looking good for a promotion next month Sunniva and I’m just trying not to get bump down so we might be trading categories. And Neil is fighting to stay in cat 5 so who now’s, maybe we’ll all be categorized together. Still two more races to go and having a ton of fun!!

  2. paul bernstein says:

Great read Neil. I am beginning to appreciate the perspective of a four race, month long competition. If every race course matched with your skill set, that wouldn’t be a whole lot of fun. Blowing it out at the start, when you have a 63.5 1/4 horse power body, crushing the primary climb at 5++ w/kg, and then getting whooshed on by everyone, including grandma on her city single speed bike on the descent isn’t a lot of fun either.
Permission to try a different approach with the aim to finish maybe 25 instead of 35 on this type of course becomes the goal..
    1) Don’t blast the start all the way to the climb. You have a rather pathetic blast. Tuck in and remain calm.
    2) The usual small chainring 90rpm climb, but maybe 4.3w/kg rather than 5+w/kg.
    3) Moderate power as one approaches the top, and do not start the descent on your own. Oh, Yumile and Wollie.d are here. This might work, just focus, focus, focus.
And down we went. Thumbs up all around at the bottom of the major downhill. Then hard determined pace on the flats and small ups We were not catching the star studded group ahead, but noone was catching us either. I did get gapped off just a bit as the two big guys wound it up for their sprint. They earned it. Finished 24 when all the races were blended in. Next week a similar type of course. BUT THEN, week 4, a course with 5 smaller but categorized climbs. Pablo land?

What else. I am about to plunk down a lot of $$ for a climbing gravel race in the foothills of the Olympic mountains. If it is not raining the mountains should be spectacular. If it rains, the ” F ” word.
And this Saturday it likely will rain. I will not be out on the bike, but I will plan to spend the day in the bleachers watching 14 yo grand daughter and her team in the state 7 v 7 flag football championships.
If I don’t get pneumonia I should be out for a Sunday Mucker stroll in the hills. Be well everyone and cheers.

    • Neil Rushby says:

great read Mucker. point 3 is the one that you see most riders ignoring! the amount of time someone has decoded to blast over the top and drop me to then ride sols all the way down the hill with the exact same gap between us till we close up again at the very bottom is so frustrating. If i see someone’s closing in on me on the climb, i am basically gonna work out what to do to make it that we crest at the same time, or if i’m closing in on someone, i will empty the tank to get on with them for the downhill. I am fast on the downhills so its worth having me around lol!! Drop me later, but lets work the downhill together.

  3. Mike Hagen says:

Had a good warmup. Actually feeling strong today. The slight uphill start was a bit concerning, but maybe the big guns would be looking ahead to the middle climb, and I could get on. The rocket start got me to my usual place: watching the group ahead drift away. But there were riders around, and we got our act together and got on with the leaders before too long. So did the group behind, by the looks of it, as Mr Mucker1974 himself came by and pulled into first place. Hey, hey, hey! Looking good, Mucker! So we were the lead peloton of about 25 riders when the climb started 7 km in. Things got serious. The top 16 got away. Let them go, I was doing 4s and that was enough. Settled in with macko and Jana.Sterbova, two stout companions, well matched. Yumile came by, drew ahead, we got him back, then he fell off. Not feeling it today, I imagine. We three were still together summiting the climb, and, look, there’s EddyDomino, by himself, and only 600 m ahead. Could we reel him in? Working the tornado together, sling-shoting continuously, yes we could. At the bottom of the descent we were four. Now look, there’s the group of Grochang, FlyingSkywalker, Stefan_Schmidt, and Dave12 400 m up. Could we catch them? Probably not, but macko was game to try. Monster pulls by macko, me shooting ahead best I could to give him a break, Jana and Eddy content to follow, poking ahead now and then, maybe they were barely hanging on? And at the base of the last orange ramp, 3 km to go, we caught them. Mads said later they were just cruising, intending to nail the last climb. Nail it they did: I hung on with Mads, Stefan, and Nico halfway up then let go (it was my best 2 min W of the year but not enough!). Jana, Eddy, and Dave caught me before the top, Maciek was gassed, utterly spent by the earlier chase. Into the finish sprint, and I was gassed too, did manage to finish ahead of Dave. So much fun!

Kinda shocked to be third in A1 and still second on the A1 leaderboard, but I’m rolling with it. I’ll ride the wave as long as it lasts. And I have no objections to not applying the HR rule to A9, as you suggested, Neil. Encouraging folk to get engaged, and not discouraging with too many rules, is always a good thing, I think.

  4. Eric H. (UncleE64) says:

Missed the start by about 20 minutes for reasons outside my control. Ugh. Still, finishing a race and getting some points is way better than a DNS, so I figured I’d at least get a good workout and knock this one off the challenge list. Also gave me a chance to wear my new “real life” Mucker’s jersey for the first time. I got the 2026 Italy version – it’s great!

Rode high zone 3 until the climb, did the climb at a bit over FTP but still in Z4 and then tried to keep it near FTP after the descent. Good workout, but then when I logged in to check the “Activity” on riders.rouvy.com I see I’ve got my first ever DSQ. What the ? It probably had something to do with starting so late, so I immediately submitted a ticket to Rouvy and hit Mucker1974 up on discord.
Neil asked me to send him a screen shot. Ste was already working hard to pull the results together and they said that they’d sort it out. Talk about customer service! Very happy with last place – it means I still got 90 points for the effort. Thanks so much guys – I just hope I can do both of the final 2 races this month without further incident and hold my place in A6.

    • Klinthomie says:

Seems like there is always something trying to distract you from the thursday races, Eric – haha! You have my sympathies! Well done pulling through anyways, I would’ve prob given up being 20 minutes behind. So you have my respect!

    • Neil Rushby says:

thanks for getting in touch as soon as you did and also for your commitment to this thing we call Muckers! I can’t see why you got a DSQ either to be honest so i hope ROUVY credit it to you so at least you get the route ticked off. i’d not be looking forward to doing that one again i can tell ya!

      • Eric H. (UncleE64) says:

Good news: Rouvy removed the DSQ, so I won’t have to ride Innsbruck again to complete the challange.

        • Neil Rushby says:

That great news, but i thought they would as it didn’t look weird or anything and they are usually pretty good at this kinda thing.. Great you don’t have to waste time doing it again as well. thanks for letting us know.

  5. Eric H. (UncleE64) says:

Oh and no objections to not applying the HR rule to A9, as you suggested, Neil. Great idea!

  6. Manuel Lamber SHARK says:

Another great route for the Championship, but with many red and orange sections, the work was very hard, but at the end many positive things for me.
I don’t start with super power effort but a middle height gear for hold a good pace.
Many friends around me and works good for my mental concentration as Steven, Chak, antyradziu, Andy and more in front of me Duckman2.
After a bit my diesel engine want to start and my second race start, with more concentration at the top of the hill I take Pan.Rorisi, in this past week for me he come back in form, and I hope to work together to go ahead to catch everyone in nearby list… we start to work together in couple, very good work as like me, my legs are very tired but I want to hold the pace also because rear of us there is a group of 4/5 and in front after overtaking other 2/3 riders, I see MatthiasHeil.
Another time he became my objective… but also this time I don’t cath him for 200 mt …. My new target will be you for the future 😂. At the end was a pity I lost my mate a few distance to the finish line, but I give all and I’m happy to take the 4th time for A4 in the race and the 3rd place in general A4 for this week.
Thanks a lot for all we rode with me, see you all to the next. 👋💪🦈

  7. Steven Ludford says:

Another area I have ridden in real life, if you have a Motorhome or Caravan, Natterer See (east of Götzens) is the best camping site I have ever seen in Europe. Innsbruck is a nice day out sightseeing.

Two options tonight, bound to pick the wrong one. Steady start and join my peers, or the one I choose, draft like mad in a faster group without letting my face see the wind. I got the perfect carpet ride to the climb with a 90 second gap to the bunch I should/could/didn’t join behind me. Immediately let go of the group at the climb and settled into a 3.0-3.2 rhythm as some lighter solo riders started filtering by me. All I hoped for was one rider to join me at the top for the descent as the well disciplined chase group got within 700ft. I just about hooked up with ‘audax’ at the top, brilliant, not so, he stuck to my wheel for the entire descent without even accidentally rolling through to assist me, at the bottom we became three riders but now I had two on my wheel either at their limits or completely unaware that a large pack of riders were chasing us. In the final 30 minutes I received about 1 minute draft. On the final small ascent into town my two companions decided to attack and drop me but I was somehow able to ride back up to them over the other side ready for a sprint I had no intention of losing.

ultimately, I made the right choice, but blimey, I had to work for it with only a 16% draft score all from the first 4 miles.

Regards the HR Category 9 question … yes, I am in favour of no HR monitor requirements in this Category with promotion only available to the HR verified riders in the Category.

    • Neil Rushby says:

shame you weren’t with us mucker as all the downhill and to the very end was just rapid racing for us lot! Loads of drafting. But it’s your own fault for being too strong lol.

  8. Brian Westfall (4WorldPeace) says:

So where do I begin? We have some remodeling going on at my home so I was quite occupied with the contractor but managed to get to my cave with time to do a 10 min warm up. Logged into the race with 3 min to start, feeling good, reach down for a quick drink, and OH NO, I forgot to bring my bottles upstairs with me. Hopped off my bike and hobble down the stairs with my cleats trying not to fall. Somehow I managed to get back ahead of the start but a little frazzled. Ok, now for the race! I tried to rocket the start like Neil but I just didn’t have it in me today so I just settled into a good pace. Got in with a good size group, sunniva, ValRdz, MatSink, fasso34, and DanWren I think. It was a big group parable some more that I missed. We hit the big hill at a good pace and started grinding it somewhere around the 3 to 3.1 mark. I wasn’t feeling my strongest but work hard to hang on to the group. We picked up Muckers1974 and maybe PL1969 about halfway up and road most of the rest of the race working well together. So coming up to the last real climb and what to do, max out and see if a few of us could gap the rest or just stay together and save it for the finish. I chose the latter and so did everyone else. Now, when to kick, up and over the last little rolller or closer to the line. Not sure I had enough left to go the whole distance hard, but before I could finish that thought Muckers1974 and PL1969 blow past me, gave it a quick run to try and grab their wheel but, it was to late so settled back in. Just ValRdz, sunniva, and myself left to sprint to the finish. I jumped a little but, then misshifted down instead of up and lost enough momentum for ValRdz to nip me at the line by less than a 10th of a second. Oh well, only .1 point less. I finished 40th in the heat, 57th all in, and 4th in my category, I feel pretty good about my results considering I just didn’t feel my strongest today. Looking forward to next week!!

    • Brian Westfall (4WorldPeace) says:

And no objections from me either.

    • Neil Rushby says:

reading that, i think i made the right choice with my start as those that know me, know i need to warm to a hill lol. SO i kinda get going at around 2.5 then gradually increase it….. so if i’d have been with you guys at the start and you did the 3.0/3.1 i’d have been well and truly dropped! But by the time you caught me just past half way, that little increase i needed to stay with you was just manageable at that stage of the race. But its so funny when we were all near the end as you can almost “feel” what everyone’s thinking…. I was expecting ValRdz to pounce first to be honest as she has dropped me lots in the past, but once i saw the short profile screen show the green, i had to go no matter what. PL1969 blasted past me, but they are down as a DNF so no idea what happened there and they’ve not reached out either so obviously not that bothered or know what happened. strange one though as its not like they got a DSQ and i was sure i followed them over the line… but i was knackered and mainly looking behind lol

ps. cheers for the intro to the story, its that stuff that makes all this all the more “human” and “relatable!”

      • Brian Westfall (4WorldPeace) says:

I was also expecting ValRdz to pounce first and was probably focusing on her a little to much so when she didn’t, I stayed in my saddle and whoosh, there you guys went.

  9. Karel Soušek says:

Gutkind. Flat intro followed by hard climb, divided into two parts. I did not try follow Baremi, Dan and Andrus, since the pace was too much. Andrus lost contact later on and we managed get to him just over horizon with djoul74, who pushed a lot and we dropped Velobuch, Niels and others.

I had my doubts about this new guy effort and he was dsq at the finish indeed, but his effort over second part of climb caused i got dropped now, staying alone between groups. No worries, i switched into time trial mode, keeping strong five men group distanced. It would for sure be better if i could ride with someone, but since i was getting small cramps during tt mode, it was today’s best effort. Great racing anyway, thank you all who joined us!

  10. Klinthomie says:

Another TT? At least for me, it looks like that! Family had plans and I had no option other than getting up at 6am and doing the morning race.

Lemme tell you, as a dad of two small kids and currently on paternity leave, this is not my perfect dream of a morning. I would have traded half an hour of sleep more for … mostly anything. But the Muckers championship is that important to me!

Anyways, get up and hope someone is there … nope – I am all alone! Looking at Rouvy Analyzer, this route would take me at least an hour, if not more. Knowing you have to do this alone and pace yourself, that is hard work. At least for me, I get so much from riding with others.

Anyways, the plan was to get a minimum of points. It is important that I do well, get all four races and try to progress to A5 where I belong and the competition is more correct (for me).

Mr Ludfors sees my time on Strava and writes me – I know I am doomed, because Ste is so good at setting a target goal and pacing correctly. And yup, he did indeed take advantage! Kudos, Steven!

My tactic was to push on the first climb and empty the tank, spin out over the top and then recover on the downhill. Really could’ve used someone to draft with me on the flats, but such is life!

Looking back, I wished I would’ve pushed more. I ended up 51, and the difference between being 51 and 49 is huuuge in points! But great thing is feeling how I have gotten SO much better at climbing and those intense sprints.

Looking very much forward to next race. Hopefully it will be “normal” with draft, as I haven’t had one of those in 6 weeks.

See you guys tuesday (and thursday again).

    • Mr Steven Ludford says:

I can not lie, your time was always in my mind 😉. Well done, so hard without names around you for a reference.

    • Manuel Lamber SHARK says:

After yours good session of last Thursday, also for me 1 hour was a good reference of view for my race. I rode many times in horrible time time for my Team and I know how many concentration need these. Many compliments and see you to the next Championship race 👋💪🦈

    • Neil Rushby says:

yours was the only time slot with no one else on it! all the others had really good turn outs this week which was a real shock. So well done on the TT…. i can make all your races TT if you like them so much lol

  11. I was late to the start, it’s a lonely feeling sitting at the start and realizing everyone has left, Oh well, I didn’t think I would get any results at all since my internet connection gliched out two or three times, but I just keep riding hoping that it resolved itself. It did eventually, I managed to get some points, not enough but some. Hopefully the start for the next two races go smoother. Next Week Cheddar Gorge – Sprint start and survive the climb. The week after that, just survive.

    • Neil Rushby says:

yeah next week will be a killer. i was wondering why I’d not seen you appear with the sunniva/4worldpeace/fazzo group when they all caught me mid climb.. now i know

Do you download the route before the race at all? if you download it, it kinda doesnt matter if your internet glitches as it lets you carry on riding along the course (but freezes all the other riders) , then when you re connect, it will re shuffle everyone to where they should be. Its when you don’t download it, it freezes you as well and you are stuck in one space waiting for it to reconnect.

sorry if you are totally away of this, but someone else who reads this might not be aware so thought i’d just share the info)

  12. Manuel Lamber SHARK says:

Also for me not problem for the new entry in low Cat and hr rules 👋💪
