Rouvy route used: Chia to Teulada | Sardegne | Italy

Challenge: Route 3 from The Best of Coastal rides | EASY

Not everyone from the warm up on this one so it was a mixture of tired (or “warmed up”) and fresh legs! only 12.3miles long but it had a good 1253ft of climbing along the route so a route for the lightweight climbers was the feeling tonight.

feelslikemonday” smashed this one, coming home a full 1 minute and 17 seconds in front of “Pfeffer” his 2nd , 2nd place of the night. “Tom-CV” came over the line to claim the bronze a further minute down the road.

The race for 4th reads as though it could have been close as only 24 seconds covered the 3 of them “Chak” (4th) and “denny44” (5th) came over the line with 14 seconds between them, with the muckerworldwide rider “Shrek-1970-Challenger” just a further 10 seconds behind in 6th.

7th was “rouvy1bryon” followed by “Rens_Piccavet” a further 46 seconds behind in 8th. the last 2 top 10 spots taken by “Svard” in 9th and finally the warm up race winner “71_GURE_edu59” in 10th.

That was a great race…even with glitching towards the end. Heck, it was Italy by the coast which is motivating. Let’s do laps next time. It’s Saturday and I think the legs are back, now…jet lag😂🍻

I wasn’t surprised that Pfeffer was in the first fast group. But he stopped for whatever reason. Watching him passed the second group and me, and got back to the first group was amazing!! 👍

Thanks for the comment Chak.. If one of the strongest riders out there like yourself thinks it was amazing then it must have been. You Are not far off a win yourself, just need the one perfect storm and it’ll be yours, I can feel it!!
