We are definitely seeing the migration of the winter trainers now going back to there natural habitat of the open road, but every now and then they will hopefully pop on for the odd race or two on those evenings they are stuck in doors. It’s going to be interesting to see how the numbers and racers change over the year but I for one am hoping to be in a stronger position to challenge those winter riders as and when they start coming back!!

14 on the start line for this 3rd round of the mini Brazil championship so not only have we got a majority getting a mention tonight, everyone will be getting decent points as well.

For a little while we had all the top 7 riding together, but then a split occurred and the top 4 went off to fight for the podium places. “nelsonsnyder” eventually won with a superb average speed of 25.59mph, followed 13 seconds later by “robbiedoo” who himself was 13 seconds in front of 3rd place “rouvy1bryon“. All the top 3 with average speeds of 25mph+

Top Muckers worldwide rider “Mick_Michel” came home 4th, over a minuite behind 4th after beingwith the top 3 in that earlier break away. Looks like he ended up in a little bit of no mans land, but was still strong enough to hold off the trio behind who were working together to try and catch!

The following trio was lead by “runeholtzmann” in 5th, “Svard” in 6th and “Mucker1974” in 7th.

20 seconds later came “Squalo_delle_Alpi” then a bigger gap to fellow Italian countryman “force65” in 9th.

10th over th5 line came “DaBo77” , with a strong effort just over 30 minutes and 22.5mph average.

Everybody made it under 45 minutes so lets see how many jumped across to do the 2nd Muckers race?

well done to everyone and thank you so much for jumping on one of my races.

cheers

TOP 2 STAYED THE SAME AND BOTH GOT POINTS AGAIN. 2 REALLY STRONG RIDES HAS PUT NELSONSNYDER RIGHT UP INTO THIRD BUT DOES HE HAVE ANOTHER STRONG RACE AND GAP IN HIM TO WIN?

a nice 7th for me today and some decent points to keep me in 2nd place in the championship. Started off really well and i found myself happily in the top 7 and we were pulling away nicely from 8th. Just as I was thinking “This could be anyone’s from the top 7 if I concentrate and stick with them!” i got dropped😂, along with 2 others and the top 4 were gone. So it was myself, Svard and runeholtzmann working together now and i feel we did pretty well. I even took a few turns on the front. maybe this over stupidity on my part caused the stitch to appear about a mile from home but as we were under no threat from 8th as long as i kept an eye on the gap, i settled for 7th and let the other 2 head off for a sprint finish.

The track was short and flat, so drafting would probably be your best friend. The plan was to work hard at the start and get into a front position. There were seven riders in the lead group and I was one of them. It was looking good. “nelsonsnyder” was the first to try and get away. “robbiedoo” and “rouvy1bryon” followed him and I was able to keep up for quite a while. But then I had to back off and found myself alone. There were 3 top riders in front of me and 3 highly motivated guys behind me who were definitely trying to catch me. I don’t know how, but somehow I managed to finish 3rd.

That’s a song from the 80s, or at least something very similar to it.
My song for the night… 😉
