Muckers Thursday Warm up race. 02/03/23

A medium challenge route for the first race tonight, so was either a long one or a slightly steep one. It was a bit of both, but 24 riders fancied it so at 7pm UK, we all set of on the first Muckers race of the night.
“feelslikemonday” was back tonight and got the gold with a superb time just under 45 minutes. “bismo” came over the line just 24 seconds later to claim the silver, with “PatrykS_Gdynia_PL” just 7 seconds later to claim the bronze. These 3 in a class of there own up from as it was a bit of a gap before 4th place came along. Superb ride you three.
4th was our very own Muckers worldwide rider “Chak” with the best British rider “Tom-MWW” claiming 5th place. “runeholtzmann” was next in 6th, “remko_hijman” closely behind in 7th and “rouvy1bryon” in 8th.
“tomlerieger” got the 9th place for himself with the swiss rider finishing just up the road from the German “mgk1971” who claimed a very respectable 10th with a time of 0:49:36.9
The next 13 riders all finished the ride in under 70 minutes which means they all finish in time to do the 2nd race if they chose to. Pleaase see the 2nd race report which will be available tomorrow for you to find out.

wasn’t totally feeling it tonight, so 17th wasn’t too bad. i had a nice race at the early stages with maurybos which felt like it might last the distance but either they dropped back or I was too strong (not sure which) but they ended up 4 places behind me at the end, with the rest of the race ending up a bit of a solo ride for me.
