MUCKERS OCTOBER 23 CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL STANDINGS.
4 RACES| 4 TUESDAYS IN A ROW | 101.1 MILES | 6213.91 FT. CLIMBING | 550 REGISTERED RIDERS | 305 FINISHERS
So an average race per week works out at: 25.27 miles, 1553.47 ft. climbing, 137 registered riders and 76 finishers! Not bad at all and thanks to you all for having a go!
first we have the small issue of the 2LATE4ME race to verify, and out of the 6 finishers, 3 are going to added to the championship table. These are “Old.BikerRunner” with 153.5 points, “Chak” with 138.5 points and “cdtchris” with 94.5 points.
132 different riders had a go at least once over the 4 weeks which is superb! Which means the top 33 riders are in the top quarter and the top 66 places mean you are in the top 50%!!
What an eventful championship this was for “Tuden” Not only did he have to do the 2LATE4ME version of the 3rd round due to being unable to make the main race that night showing real commitment to this event, he also had a horrible glitch at the end of the last round, dropping him quite a few places! Just think if “Adampel” had turned up for the last round, he’d have more than likely capitalized on this and we’d have heard “Tuden” around the world!! So it’s kind of fitting you won it and well done.
Well done to “Alieno79” who was strong and consistent over the 4 rounds and kept the pressure high all the way! Well done and hope you enjoyed the added challenge the championship bought to the races!
And finally, a surprise 3rd place to Muckers Team rider “Grochang”!!!! Another rider being strong and consistent over the 4 races and getting the right points for his efforts!
This was a great championship and please leave us a comment on how it went for yourself, and, did you do as well as you’d hoped???
Next month we move the championship to Thursdays and we will have 5 races to go at! See you there!

24th overall which i am really happy about. 1st 2 rounds weren’t for me, the 3rd looked good till I got a stitch at the top of pretty much the only hill on the route then yesterdays final round just needed to be 20 miles longer as i was just getting into it at 30 miles in! so considering i didn’t have one race where I know it was the best I could do, 24th was a good position and I must say the battles within the races and the live streams really made these nights a blast, even if afterwards i was annoyed with my effort! cheers everyone.
Well this was my first championship and boy did I’ve to bleed and fart for my 30th place.
Those in top 10, you’ll have my deepst respect. You’re so strong.
But my 30th place have thought me to plan my racing days better. Not doing massive rides/races without resting and recovery will always end in bad racing results.
I’m very proud to be part of the Mucher’s team and racing with so many strong and likewise riders.
Cheers to the stong Danish guys 🙂
top 25% Mucker! the question is, can you do better than 30th place next time???????
Position 18. I am happy with the results especially there were many strong riders participated. I have to salute @Neil Rushby for his efforts to organize all of these races and championships. 🫡
I wasn’t thinking I would race the last route due to my COVID that I got few days ago. But eventually decided to jump in the 2LATE4ME race to finish the championship. My COVID symptoms got worse after the race. I think I put too much stress on in sick body. I am glad that I tried my best to complete the championship. Is it a sign of dedication or stupidity?? 🤔
50/50 Mucker 😂🤧🤧🤧🤧
Two 🇩🇰 at the podium 🥇🥉 💪🏻🏆💪🏻 so proud of my countrymen, – super strong and consistent effort. Beside the national celebration 🎉 and massive thanks to all the participants 👏👏, it’s a true pleasure racing with all of you 🚴🏻♂️💨💨 Finally a massive thanks to the Muckers team for arranging these great events, you guys are outstanding 👏👏👏👏👏
definitely a strong nation for this stuff it seems!!! Well done and I prey for the month you get to complete every event as i suspect you’d be right up there!!! oh, don’t forget, next months will have 2 extra chances rather than just the really late one to be included in the results, so if you miss the main one, we have another one 2 hours 30 mins later!
Whah, eight place? Guess being a consistent contender helps, because I rode around in 20th place most of the time.
Thanks all, see you in the next round.
i wanted the points to award consistency plus it be a massive drop if you miss one event. so being consistently around 20th place will always award you some nice points. for example, adampel was just a few points away from the lead going into the last race but a no show means he drops out of the top 10. At the end of the day we want people to attend every race and not just show up for a few and end up doing well in the championship. So, can you beat 8th place next time???
Well what can I say, I managed to stay in the top 20 just by a hair and with two other friends… a nice trio.
This championship compared to the previous one has become more and more beautiful but at the same time much more difficult because our group is always bigger and more and more competitive!!!. Thanks to my friends Neil and Kyle for their efforts… and to all of us who challenge ourselves every week.
See you next challenges 💪
when i saw you were equal 20th i was very pleased for you. well done Mucker and you are now who i must aim for to try and improve enough to compete for top 20 placings! I will be keeping a closer eye on you next month!
Well, this was my first full Muckers Championship as the last one I was on holiday for one of the races. So, to finish 12th, I’m over the moon. If we didn’t have so many flat races, I might have gotten in the top ten. Thanks, everyone, for being a part of these races, and I hope to see you all at the next Muckers Championship in November.
top 10 next time Mucker!
Missed one 🏝️Hilly one 🐘 Flat one 🚀 Sick one 🤢 . We go again next month. Great to see the participation levels increasing, someone to race against whatever your ability.
100% understand the whole thing! better luck on the next one!
phew 🫣just took home the October Championship🤯 can hardly believe it. I have been quite challenged both in terms of timing and electronics. So it makes me really proud to have won among so many strong riders. and I am also incredibly proud of my compatriots 🇩🇰 who are also at the top in indoor cycling as well as outside in RL. 💪 Big congratulations to Grochang with the podium 👏💪 and once again great respect to the people behind Mucker’s who get all the little cogs to turn🙏 Unfortunately, I don’t know if I’ll be able to run all the races in November, but of course I’ll try. The thing about running the late editions is simply too hard🤗 I only got 2 hours of sleep the day I ran the To late for me race, and that cannot be recommended as being enough😁. It actually made me think that there are riders from all over the world participating, and some of them have to sit on the bike at some crazy times of the day in relation to time zones, etc. It’s crazy to think about 🤯 We’ll definitely see each other before long out there in the fantastic Mucker’s universe 😊
well done again and thanks for the comments. I am running 2 chances next month as I’ve realized that the gap between the main race and the 2LATE4ME version is just to large so there’s another one being slotted into the middle, time wise!
I missed the first race for reasons I can’t even remember now, else I might have contended for a spot in the top ten. Hmmm. But if I can’t be there, stroked for the Muckers that are: Grochang, and especially Andy_UP and Rens_Piccavet knowing how hard they worked in the last race. I’m determined to be on the line for all the November races! Kudos to Neil for all the work he does to get the Muckers races organized. They are amazing.
Cheers Mike, we love doing it and love reading these comments on how much it means to all of you, from all over the world!!
Late to the game, and only participated in the last round – but eager to get more races now in November 🙂
Will most likely not be abel to participate in all 5 rounds due to other commitments but will make the effort to got onboard for those I can participate in 😀
Congrats to all the participants and winners, both the podium winners and the participant winners!
ANd thanks to Mucker1974 for the efforts to make this all go around – Cheers!
Glad you’re here! like i told Tuden, remember there’s 2 extra chances to get on the race for the championship instead of just the one next month. might help you finish all 5??
What a brilliant series! thank you all for making it so special.
Thanks Gary. can you please pop on your Rouvy name when you leave a comment so we know who you are? some of us might know, but the majority reading might not. cheers.
Thanks for organizing the races, there was some tough competition! I would also like to participate in the championship in November, but the start of the races at 21:00 CET is unfortunately too late for me. I wish the start of the races would stay at 20:00 CET 🙂
All races should start 20:00 CET going forward. We only changed the time for clock changes due Saturday night / Sunday morning. Hope this is clear.
After reading all of your comments I’ll proudly take my Podium place, although Adampel didn’t finish the last race.
I now realise that the Muckers Championship races is a top dollar competition with a very high social commitment🤟
Cheers everyone and thanks for the warm and kind comments 🙏 Kudos to the Muckers organisation😉
You’ve gotta be in it to win it as they say. superb result Mucker, well done!
