MUCKERS OCTOBER CHAMPIONSHIP RACE 3 OF 4. 17/10/23
ROUVY Route Used : Sossusvlei desert | Namibia | 28.58 miles| 141.08ft
129 Registered | 84 Finishers ( 22 No HR data) | 15 DNF | 30 DNS
Round 3: The more “downhilly” route! We’ve had the hilly cross country, and the hill climb, so the climbers have had a great start but it now hopefully favors some other riders as we do this race and the next one! Still a 28 miler, so not an easy ride to say the least, but the profile is gradually downhill with a few little climbs that ass up to just 141ft over the whole route.
99 riders on the start line!! 99! on a route that’s not had the best reports on Strava from those who have completed it already. But not every route is to all tastes, but it’s one of the reasons we try our best to use challenge routes for our races as surely a slightly downhill route. with 99 racers on it will be far from “boring”
We have a new winner tonight with “adampel” getting the win in front of the sprint for2nd that was won by “Simon_Hahnenbruch” in 2nd with “nelsonsnyder” having to settle for 3rd place. In a bit of no mans land comes “pasjordi60” in 4th and then we have the next 3 riders with the exact same time and they’ve been placed: “Grochang” in 5th, Top placed Muckers Worldwide team rider “nielsbrynnum” in 6th and “TOR68” in 7th.
We now have a pack of 6 riders next from 8th to 13th and this must have been a fun group! I’ll be having a re-look at the video of live stream on our YouTube channel later to see how this actually panned out, but ROUVY have you all in the following order: Mucker & Farnham rider “Gazinho” in 8th, Mucker Team Rider “Svard” in 9th, previous winner “Alieno79” in 10th. “robbiedoo” in 11th, “chorus” in 12th and “lrollin” in 13th.
“Andy_UP” with a really strong ride well into the mentions gets awarded 14th, with a small gap to the dueling “R3-569-DIEGO-DONATI” who gets 15th and “leonelcunha” in 16th!
A trio of Muckers Worldwide Team riders next, all just 4 minutes 18 seconds behind the winner, with “Rens_Piccavet” getting 17th, “SwissChris69” in 18th and “MikeHagen” in 19th.
Last Mention? A rider who probably thought he’d been dropped by the Trio of Muckers just in front and out of the top 20 maybe? But this just shows to keep pushing as you never know whos going to get an unclassified result due to no hr data, and this is what happened to bump up “Groenen” to that magical 20th place
What a race night. Well done everyone and hope we made this slightly boring route a bit more interesting???
If you want to help keep this site and races going, all we ask is to keep our merchandise in mind. Its the only source of income for us to keep this site going and the only way we want to do it as well. Thank you to all who have purchased Muckers Worldwide Merchandise and please make sure you leave a review on any item you’ve received so others can see how good it is!
Thanks everyone and see you on the next one!

99 on the line. set off in a really nice group and we hit the climb part where i was expecting to get dropped. I tried my hardest to hit a high power and get the legs spinning so i kept with the pack, and it worked!! got right to the top then bang!! worst stitch ever!!!! arms up in the air, deep breathing and could only just keep the pedals turning at around 100 watts while i tried to “cure” the stitch! About 5 riders came past me ( who i’d just been so happy passing on the climb😥) then when Dolph caught me, i was just recovered and i jumped on his wheel. We worked ok together but i soon started to feel we werent going as fast as i wanted so at a small incline, the gap to 2 riders up front came down to 350-400ft so i went for a 3.5-4.0 effort to bridge the gap. to my astonishment, it worked and we started to ride together and it felt quite fast as we caught a few stragglers and carried on. But i don’t really know what happened but we slowed down. too much for me and i kept jumping back on the front and I’d get the speed back over 25mph, they’d catch then slow it right back down to 23??? I could see the pack behind taking big chunks out of our lead but they both seemed happy with 23mph and although i could pull to over 25 on my own, it just never lasted long enough and I’d fall back into their clutches and we’d be back at the slow pace. So i couldn’t do it alone, and these 2 didn’t seem to want to try and not et the pack behind catch us so i recovered best i could and waited to be eaten up by the pack. They came with just a few miles to go, and i jumped onto the wheel of the fastest one and we were then a pack of 7 and i just aimed to win this sprint off. we all kicked at when we thought we should and i ended up getting 3rd place out of the 7 and i was closing in on the 2 in front as we went over the line! frustrating race but was over in a blur!
99 starters, fantastic. My only vaguely moderate success (in my head) as a middle aged cyclist was doing 25mile Time Trials, tonight’s course took me right back to those days, especially the thoughts in my head, “I need to stop”, “You can’t stop”, “I need to stop”, You can’t stop”, “Please make it stop”, “Just keep bloody going” … I found a great group early on in approximate road position 22 – 32, I won’t list them all, but included Muckers teammates Rens_Piccavet, SwissChris69 and MikeHagen who have great form and probably know me well enough to know I can only help pull ‘so much’ (ie. not much) at these speeds. Wow, so fast, it was good to have the time and space to play around finding the best draft, 40watts is nice, but 80watts is wonderful. There was one scary moment as Alieno79 came past, I hoped our group would recognise him as impossible to follow, I was screaming in my pain cave “Leave him, don’t follow”, but a few gave chase and it very nearly blew the group apart, luckily it came back together and harmony returned. Some slight splits in the last 2 miles but I was happy, I had drafted so long I wasn’t going to out sprint anyone at the end, nor did I have the energy anyway.
lol, superb report mate. i was screaming at the 2 riders to “come on!!!!” and a few “ffs” gutted with the stitch as our group was just behind yours over the hill and weirdly i was feeling ok, just hit me from out of nowhere! But it is so funny looking back now how involved we get isn’t it!
Another great race!
Loads of fun
I’d been looking forward to this race for a bit. Flat/gradual downhill, I’ve always done well on those; suits my strengths. But warming up, I’m thinking I don’t have legs today, but enough with the excuses! The start was virtual pandemonium. I was trying to go hard, but not so hard as to blow up, there would be plenty of wheels to grab. But my avatar kept stopping then flashing up to where I should have been; very confusing; I’m trying to figure out where I am–mid 30s? wtf? Started to settle a bit; I passed some Muckers: Chak, Mick_Michel, DonJulio, Denny (as his connection crashed), and then–DolphWader! omg, he’s having a great start. Things finally settle down, and I’m in a group of 12 or so for most of the race, including mates SwissChris, Rens_Piccavet, and, another omg! S.Ludford, who was having an awesome race and stuck around for the longest time. Really great to see. Now trying to size up who’s in the group, who’s biding time, who’s barely hanging on. It was hard to tell, we were not well organized. My draft seemed to be sporadic, especially behind leonelcunha, I don’t think I ever got a draft from him, even when right behind. Very odd. Into the last half and are we gaining on anyone? hj2010 and Andy_UP are a few hundred meters ahead (Andy having a great ride also!) and we’re gaining, but not fast and we’re probably not going to close. Now down to the last few kms, time to up the pressure, who’s going to come with me? leonelcunha and Diego_Donati do, and they pass and I can’t keep up. Then Rens, SwissChris, and kjohannessen get back on with me and we’re a group of four. Setting up for the sprint and I’m not leaving it late. 500 m and I go. Getting a gap, 4 m, 5 m, 6–is it enough? No it is not, and they all pass me back. So it goes. But what a great race, and so awesome to see 99 starters on the line!
I agree. Drafting did not work at all in that group on the first 20 km. It was not possible for me to grap and stay behind a wheel.
wow what a race, how many friends today for our community.
They aren’t exactly races for my characteristics, but once we’re ready to go I already have to get out of breath to chase some groups ahead. I finally get Neil’s one, and we all work hard for everyone and it’s already interesting. Another group close by but few want to shorten it and so it still struggles to chase a nice mix of riders… where do I find Kyle 🧐 this thing doesn’t convince me because he is always in front of me, but he works very well.
Couldn’t there have been a third group to take??? Well yes, great run-up and consumption of energy to patch up TimS88 (always a bit of a leader), Leos63, Tombuilder and DonJulio. Here I was recovering my strength a bit, hoping for a thriller ending… and in fact it was because the final sprint was done with +1 km to go , I seemed to be able to take TimS88’s draw and instead Leos63 cheated me on the line 😬😜.
Congratulations again to Kyle who always kept me on my toes from behind and also to S. Loudford, who I only saw his name once… and it’s an incentive for me to try to support him sooner or later 🤣. At the first race 💪
One rule for todays race: “stay as long as you can with the front pack” I had 16K of star dust with the Guys in front, before the ascent killed it all. Found out, in those 16K, that the smallest gap were a killing fight to get back in the draft again🥵🚴🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️🚴🏼♂️💨..🚴🏼♂️
Bye bye front pack and all solo 30K, but had gain a gap of 400m to Nielsbrynnum, TOR68 and Lrollin who were coming from behind.
After 10K the trio had already taken 200m, so no need to drain myself anymore the next 20K.
When we all met up, a little 30 meters gap to Lrollin were made and I try to push it a bit more with success. 15K and a new trio were made. Nielsbrynnum, TOR68 and myself. We all took turns in front and with 6K left Niels took a big long lead followed by TOR68 who also took a big lead. I knew it was set up to me for leading with only 3K left🙈. I made a little lead effort and had to fall back for the sprint. TOR68 started a very long 800 meters sprint and Niels going after him. I took the draft and BOY was that a right decision🎉 Thanks to all of you who made this event to an exciting and tactical race.
Keep-rolling-all-your-Muckers🤟😉
Sorry Gazinho for having you confused with Lrollin in my story line🙈
Great to see so many motivated riders. And so much effort is needed here in a post season ride. I outvoted me for a recovery ride on this downhill terrain. Well done all.
Yet another great race. Didn’t expect anything do to a cold. But from the start I catch up with a fast group with some Muckers. Everything went smooth and lots of good drafting. But as always this Danish Mucker wasn’t aware of the other riders and suddently I was behind the group. HR was too high to catch up with them and I had to drop down from 20th to 42th place until my HR again came just a bit under controle.
Got into a good ride with Neil Rushby but on the only climb he thought I was too week and dropped me fast like I wasn’t doing any watts :-p
But just before the finish line I manage to fight my way back but the box was empty and there was nothing left to fight for at the last sprint.
But what a fun race 🙂
Proud of my 8th place especially after averaging above my ftp, I in the 2nd group which split into 2 when tors and Niels just edged ahead. That was as the opportunity to bridge and leave some climbers behind. We then settled into a chasing grouchang once he was isolated, that was a very hard chase and I found me and Niels doing most the chasing. I then got sucker punched by tors68 who decided to try and drop with 100m to bridge. I just couldn’t get back on as my hr was at 98% it was a brilliant move by tor but left me feeling used and abused. I know not to trust him in the future. After that it was a bunch sprint with group 3 which worked out well as mostly it was full of climbers. Overall a great race and I was so close to challenging for 5th place. Looking at the final sprint I would have had my work cut out to gain anymore places anyway. Lesson learnt not to trust Tor68 😂
well doneand thank you for commenting.
I expected an easy ride, with 28 miles mainly downhill at a -0.6% grade. How wrong I was. The plan was to join a fast group and coast through the entire 28 miles. Off we went at full power, slipping into a nice group. But wait, I was in 52nd place! To score points for the Muckers championship, I needed to break into the top 50. All the hard work in the first two races would be pointless if I didn’t push on. So I did, pushing through to 48th, then 42nd place.
I passed Muckers1974’s group and joined a fast group consisting of “Dok_PS,” “IRONSAN73,” “bathbuilder,” “Squalo_delle_Alpi,” and “SillySiNL.” We pushed hard and gained a few places. Just as we hit the only hill in the race, “Dok_PS,” “bathbuilder,” and “SillySiNL” started to drop off slightly, leaving “IRONSAN73,” “Squalo_delle_Alpi,” and myself.
With about 10 miles to go, “Squalo_delle_Alpi” decided the group he was in was too slow, so he increased his pace. I was just hanging on for dear life. It was down to the two of us. We worked tirelessly to maintain our momentum, but it proved too much for “IRONSAN73,” and his pace started to slow. I could see “bathbuilder,” “dmitrygrib,” and “SillySiNL” closing in.
With only 2 miles left, there were four of us. I gave it everything I had to regain my 34th place, but they were too strong. To be honest, this was ten times harder than I had anticipated. After checking the results, I was content with my 30th position out of 99 starters. One more race left for the Muckers. See you next week – sorry, I mean Thursday.
Great summary of our part of the race Kyle. I was sorry our group fell apart after the small climb and was very glad we could catch you and Ironsan73 in the end. I tried to do my part for our small group, but Batbuilder did most of the work. And we had a hell of a sprint in the end!
Don’t be sorry it was a great race. You both did really well to catch an beat me in the end I put 9.5 W/KG to catch you both on the finish line but It wasn’t enough. See you all tonight. Don’t forget the final race of the championship next Tuesday.
My third Muckers race and I thought this one would be easy being all downhill. What I didn’t realise that this gives very little opportunity for rests and ended up going flat out for most of the race. I got into a small group with SillysilNL and Dimitrygrib and managed to catch up with some tailenders of the group in front, who then joined us for a final sprint to the line. As I crossed the line I got massive leg cramps and almost fell off the bike, but managed the ever important 35th place ( or 28th when exluding those with no heart).
Looking forward to the last race of the series next week.
My second Muckers race and I hoped I would find a nice group of men to work with this time. Glad I found you Peter! Thanks for doing most of the work. I had to work hard to keep up with you all race long. I loved our sprint in the end! Never seen my HR this high. I thought we crossed the finishline together, but you earn the victory being 0.01 second faster :-). CU tomorrow?
Well done and good luck in the final race.
I found myself in the midst of the “fun” group as Neil called it, battling for positions 8-13. Herewith a brief outline.
Anticipating the importance of a strong start, I launched myself into the lead, albeit briefly. As the powerhouses surged ahead, I slipped back to 20th place. But then a group started to get shape, quite a big one, I think about 12 riders including teammate Andy_UP. This group worked well together, with now and then a gap that had to be closed. To avoid these gaps, I positioned myself towards the front, But somehow grabbing a full draft in that position was difficult.
Suddenly, Alieno79 emerged from the back of the group. Astonishingly, he had single-handedly caught up to our entire group. His strength became evident as he assumed the lead. Grateful for his pace, we all focused on drafting efficiently. Around the 25km mark, the group split, and I found myself among the fortunate five in the front (Alieno79, robbiedoo, chorus, Irollin). It was not visible for me what the cause of the split was. Alieno79 continued to push the pace, and most of us only could follow in his slipstream. A few attempts to take the lead proved futile as Alieno79 maintained his relentless tempo. To avoid complete exhaustion, I settled back into his draft. His relentless effort even brought us closer to the group ahead, including Nielsbrynnum. My time gap to the first split was 38 seconds, reducing to 24 seconds at the second split and 26 seconds at the finish. In any other race, Alieno79 would have been far beyond my reach. Around the 35km mark, Gazinho joined our group, occasionally taking a turn at the front.
As we approached the finish line, my legs were utterly spent. Hoping for a slight reduction in pace, I was relieved when it materialized. Undoubtedly, Alieno79 deserved the sprint victory, but not contesting the sprint against the other four felt wrong. Instinctively, my reptile brain kicked in, and before I knew it, I was engaged in a full-blown sprint between Gazinho and Alieno79. I snatched 9th place, just behind Gazinho and just ahead of Alieno79. Was it deserved? Certainly not. But in the realm of racing, if they don’t drop you, you’re entitled to sprint.
Addressing Niel’s comment about the fun aspect, I can attest to the enjoyment before Alieno79’s arrival. From that point onwards, it transformed into a relentless struggle to avoid being dropped. The all-out sprint left me with an unusual gait for the rest of the evening, a testament to the extreme exertion. But hey, securing a top 10 position in a field of 99 riders made it all worthwhile.
superb comments mucker and you are so strong already! not long before you’re top Muckers in a race!
Championship race so I have to get the best result possible. Go very hard at the start, usually enough to get me in top 10 so I can choose what wheels to follow (as in, not the top riders, but second group) I look at the nearby list and it sais 25th. 25th??? I see gaps are opening up infront. No no no, this is not good! I see Robbiedoo pass. Yes, that’s a top 10 racer even with so many riders (he got 11th) Dig in that wheel. He probbably knows me too, so he didn’t mind much I’m tagging along for the ride. Sorry I couldn’t help, it went really fast. He closed the gap to a big group. Last position of the group said 20th. Nice! Mention-land! Stay in the draft, not to far behind, watch out for gaps, FOCUS! 2 came from behind and closed the gap, 2 others had to let go. A few others have to let go. Last position sais 16th, 20k to go. Gap behind is 500m, common, hang on a few more km. With 16km to go I’m in last position and 2 positions before me has to open a gap. Do I close the gap while I’m already on the limit, or do I settle with these 2 and keep a nice pace. Went for second option. I go to the front, 3.2w/kg, common guys! They don’t follow, no no no! 1 drops power to 0. The other, a viking named HJ2010 decides to take my wheel. He takes pulls, ok. 570m gap, 16k to go. about 100m loss every 3k allowed. Group behind is full of riders that beat me up like bully’s every race. 10k to go and both still taking long turns but a bit harder, about 3.5-3,7w/kg, gap down to 350m. This is getting tight! Shorter, harder pulls. 5k to go 230m gap. Pulls above 4w/kg, very short. Last 500m, gap 160m and I’m in the wheel, he’s slowing down, I’m slowing down. We made it. No sprint, just shake hands. We did it. 15th out of 99 and 1W under my FTP. What a race!
Super comments Andy 😀 and congrats 💪💪 well done !
Awesome story, Andy! And great race.
excellent comments mucker. really good read!
62 finishers… looks like a beautiful race I hope I’ll come back soon 🙂
I was not really sure which race strategy to use as my Garmin readiness score only showed 52 😒My legs felt fatigued from the long race Sunday. So I entered the race without any plans. Got off the start within the front group, but my legs was struggling heavily and I could not keep up with the front group. I ended in the 2nd chasing group with Gazinho and Tor69 and as Gazinho rightly mention in his commets, there was a clear difference in pulling and drafting in the group😉 Unfortunately Gazinho 💪got dropped from our trio, just before we closed the gap to Grochang. The new trio Grochang, Tor69 and myself worked quite well together and had a sprint final with super strong Grochang 💪taking the victory in our trio group 👏👏👏
really strong riding Mucker! With all these comments its really clear to see how things unfolded up front! thank you.
Only my third race with Muckers, but what a hard one. Not that the first two where easy, but being on the lighter side myself, a flat route with a slight downward slope, this wasn’t going to be an easy one. Strategy alla Zwift; go hard and stay with the stronger guys as long as possible. That wen’t well for the first 20 k. I then had to drop back a little to the second group (or was it third). With 15 k to go the group started to split up, people left and right trying to break away. I managed to close some gaps, but in the end I had to let go. Contstant 100% ftp and harder pulls had taken it’s toll. Finished 21nd, but ended up in 20th position because someone else NED/DNF. See you guys in race 4 next week!
Thanks for the comments. strong ride and glad to have you with us! Keep it up!!
Top race, not my kind of route but I must say I enjoyed 😀 it .
thats the main thing mate! some of these routes would be so boring to just ride so to race them and find it enjoyable…. my work here is done😁
Hello everyone, as Svard says, when Alieno79 caught up with us, the only thing we could do was to keep his pace without dying in the attempt.
luckily us at the back don’t get the “banter” for not doing a pull or two!!! but some of these guys are so strong, i don’t they they realize sometimes we are at max attack just to stay in the draft 😂🥵🥵🥵
That was the toughest easy route ever! I started a little fast than normal but with 28 miles ahead of me I knew I would have to back off to have the pace and will to finish. Amazingly I fell into a group riding in about the 40th position. I have come to realize with these Muckers races that that is VERY good. I was cruising along clicking off the miles and my legs and lungs were feeling a lot better than I expected at this pace. I’m glad I didn’t get my HR monitor yet though because it probably would’ve melted down. The first 8 .5 miles were undoubtedly the strongest start I have ever had when attempting such a long ride. Then my phone crashed, the screen froze. I couldn’t even change to map view or close the app. I had to shut the whole phone down and reload. The app restarted me where I crashed. In that time, the group I was with pulled almost a half mile on me. I was so disheartened and for a moment was unmotivated. But I saw Mich a few hundred feet in front of me. I know he is a strong rider so I had to get on his wheel. I pulled up to him and jallen12321 and the three of us rode together. Feile was ahead of us. It was time to start catching him. The three of us continued switching up the paceline. Mich was not his usual self but I still fell in behind him to take a breath. Then I would pull back in front and put out some Feile catching watts. We caught Feile in about 2 miles and then set our sights on Chak, another quarter mile ahead with Mucker1974 and DolphWader a quarter mile ahead of him. With 15 miles to go I actually believed I could get back into the group I was in before my phone crashed. I was feeling so good. Unfortunately as we were catching Chak, I was served up a dose of reality. My phone screen “nearby list” only shows the 2 riders in front of me, and 1 behind me. As we are catching Chak, a whole mass of riders comes riding past. javisabo, mareckii, peters7, Lyndon65, runner2003, Mat74 all come by. I thought our little group of 3 was alone. Now we had more people but the group was very disorganized and drafting wasn’t the best. We were a quarter mile behind Mucker1974 with 8 miles to go, if we could work together, we could catch him. Muckers group worked better and had more finishing power and they increased their lead to almost a half mile. Our group got spread out and I was starting to run ragged. I couldn’t get any consistant power. I’d surge, then I’d die, then surge again. I was trying to keep Mat74 in my sights while watching nocccon coming up behind me. Mat74 looked like he was struggling as well but nocccon had a motor and he was coming. Tune in to the Youtube Live feed at 1:16:59 to watch our finish for yourself. For some reason when my phone crashed, it didn’t register the first part of the ride on Strava or Rouvy. But looking at the final 20 mile stats and stats of those around me for the first 8, I was WELL above my FTP for the whole ride. And my legs feel it today, I have cramps where I didn’t even know I had muscle. I’m looking forward to next weeks race. Thanks Neil for putting these on.
excellent comments mate. when are you getting your hr sensor??
Totally hate this route profile😆 and must also say that it is one of the boring ones I have ever driven. Straight road, only desert and no notable hills. Not my cup of tea, and then the route also went a bit smoothly downhill, hate it🙈 I was lucky enough to have to work until 10pm, so I couldn’t drive the original timetable, so I had to stay awake until 00:30 and drive ” to late for me” edition. This does not result in a number of benefits. Among other things, it is very late in the day for a person who has to wake up again at 06.00. In addition, the late race is not so heavily loaded with strong riders who can help keep the speed up and provide draft. But the route had to be run, and I had to match Adampel’s time 🥵 There were 14 riders at the start, but I am not aware of how many actually ran. I tried not to start like lightning and thunder, but kept an eye on my speed, which had to be quite precise so as not to fall behind right from the start. To my great surprise, I suddenly had a rider in my rear wheel. Christophe P was the rider in my wheel. I thought great, then there is someone who could help keep the pace high. But no🙄..Not once over 46km did he come forward and try to take his share of the lead. I have of course met that type of rider before, and I decided that I would do everything in my power to win a perhaps upcoming sprint. The course profile made it impossible to shake anyone off, so there was nothing to do but drag him all the way to the line, concentrating on keeping my average speed. However, Christophe proved himself a gentleman and did nothing to sprint. In hindsight I had hoped that he might have tried to pass me from far out and take the sprint. This might have given me the last few seconds I needed to beat Adampel’s time. But it didn’t work out that way, I was missing a measly 10 seconds over 46km. Jeez.. 🙄🙄But I can say with certainty that I gave everything I had in my legs in this lonely time trial over 46km, so I can’t be anything but satisfied with my effort. And looking forward to next week’s race, which will undoubtedly be at least as tough as this one, due to the length. Thanks to everyone who took part in the evening and night races. And admins..shame on you for choosing this route😂😂 now joking aside, thank you for making this absolutely crazy project Mucker’s possible👍👍 See you all again on Tuesday
really interesting to see the thought process from a rider whos going for the championship win and having to do a 2LATE4ME version of the race. Advantages are you know what the winning time is. Disadvantage are you don’t have them there to help with the drafting. I think it works quite well! From next month we are running 2 extra chances after the main race as i want to give everyone a chance to participate in the championship events as it seems everyone really likes them. So another one in the middle, around 9:30pm seems perfect. Thanks again for the comments as they’ve really helped.
Neil Rushby why do I get no points in the race? and I got that last time? etc. hj2010. Henrik
No points because no heartrate monitor, I’m in the same boat. Neil does his best to provide a great race with verifiable results. Off we go to order some new gear so we can get points!
cheers John, and just so everyone knows, everyone is welcome to race with us and comment. But all we ask is if you want a mention/points then we need to be friends so i can then quickly check your race stats after the race while i do the report. At least you know your Muckers Worldwide finishing position is in a list of riders who are providing the same data.
hi, we need to be friends on ROUVY (search for me @ Mucker1974) and have Heart rate data as one of your readable stats please.
